Recently my Mother-In-Law passed away (October 29, 2014) and my wife was named executrix of her estate. I tell you all this, because she owned a home in Northport. We needed to find a broker to help us sell her home, in order to settle her estate. Then bringing us Andrea, well…what could have been a monumental task, living 3 hours away, was made simple, seamless, and in retrospect rather easy. I honestly can not say enough about what a blessing it was to have Andrea, helping and guiding us thru the process. Living 3 hours away added to our concerns and the stress, but Andrea is the consummate Real Estate Agent, with an Army of resources, at her fingers. From preparing comps, staging the house, clearing the house, snow removal, the necessary repairs, and right up to the final broom cleaning, she was there, with everything we needed. She did not give 100% or even 110%. It is not an exaggeration to say that she gave 200%. I know you understand your company is only as good as the people you have out there representing you. We were first referred to Andrea many years ago when we were considering relocating - she came highly recommended by friends in the Huntington area. Andrea patiently showed us many listings and we found her wealth of knowledge about the area to be incredibly helpful. Recently we had to sell our house for a job out of state.
